Born out of necessity, Coast Optics was founded to provide high quality, sustainable, performance eyewear and apparel. The mountain bike industry is currently flooded with single-use plastic products and packaging, with little onus on their environmental impact. By using recycled materials, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint and create products that look awesome and perform flawlessly, whilst protecting the environment and the trails we love.

Was experiencing fitment issues with my Smith goggles and was introduced to this brand while on vacay in Whistler. Finally pulled the trigger and I have zero complaints! I’m happy to support the BC brands putting out such good gear and it’s worth paying the modest tariff to do so. Thanks and FDT!

I'm not keen on overly large glasses, the Nita 2 gives great coverage, whilst not being overwhelming.
I have some glasses with arms that extend so far they contact my helmet, part of the reason I chose the Nita was the relatively short arms.
The photochromic lens changes shade quite rapidly and the optical quality is excellent.
