Born out of necessity, Coast Optics was founded to provide high quality, sustainable, performance eyewear and apparel. The mountain bike industry is currently flooded with single-use plastic products and packaging, with little onus on their environmental impact. By using recycled materials, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint and create products that look awesome and perform flawlessly, whilst protecting the environment and the trails we love.

Blows Smith Glasses out of the Water!
Absolutely love this glasses! No muss, no fuss, they just work.
These replaced a set of Smith Bobcat glasses which I used with clear and photochromatic lenses. I live in Santa Cruz where we can get some very damp and humid conditions in the redwoods. All my Smith lenses fogged all the time while still letting some dust in under the lens. The Nita's have never fogged yet with the photochromatic lens and the coverage is much better than the Bobcat's and keep dirt from your tires out of your eyes.
The photochromatic lens also achieves a more true "clear" lens than my Smith's did as well.
You can't go wrong with these glasses and they are a fraction of the cost of Smith riding glasses. They also look steeze as well, win-win.

Game changer on the trails
Honestly, these are the best goggles I’ve ever owned. Super comfortable, no pressure points, and they don’t fog up even on wet rides. The vision is so clear it almost feels like I’m not even wearing goggles. I’ve gone through a lot of pairs over the years, and nothing has come close to these. I wouldn’t ride with anything else now.
